NEW IMPORTANT FREE AND REDUCED MEAL INFORMATION:

Prior year Free and Reduced eligibility carryover has been extended by NYS until December 9.

This means, if your child was eligible for Free or Reduced price meals last school year 23/24,  your child is still eligible through December 9.  Applications submitted this year will establish a NEW eligibility determination for this year which may result in: Free, Reduced or PAID FOR MEALS.  We cannot go back and re-establish prior year eligibility once a new application is processed.  Applications are accepted throughout the school year. New applications can be submitted due to a change in circumstances such as a change in household size, or a decrease in income.

Due to manufacturer and delivery delays, we regret to inform you that from time to time we will need to change our menu. We do anticipate shortages to continue throughout the school year, which will continue to cause menu changes. We are doing everything we can to try to provide our students favorite meals. We appreciate your patience.

FRESH FRUIT AND VEGETABLES MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR THE MENUED FRUIT OR VEGETABLES AS NECESSARY DUE TO VENDOR SHORTAGES. Apples and Oranges may be substituted for the fruit of the day. Vegetables in the same subgroup will be substituted whenever possible.

Future menu changes will be posted above throughout the school year.

Student Lunch Accounts

Please do NOT set up weekly spending limits on Lunch Accounts. If you would like to add spending limits to meal accounts please set up Daily Limits - they do work well. We encourage the use of prepaid accounts for students.

We do accept cash at the registers, however, we recommend that Students Meal Accounts are  funded with a check or credit card.  You may mail checks, made out to “Three Village Cafeteria Fund” to 100 Suffolk Ave. Stony Brook NY 11790 or send them in with your child.  Please include your children’s names and the amount for each child.   Cash should not be mailed.  To fund the account with a credit card log on to Linqconnect.com (please note they do charge a processing fee)

Positive and negative account balances remain on student accounts into the next school year.  For graduating seniors and students leaving the district families may transfer balances to a sibling in district, donate the funds to a student in need or request a refund within two months of the date of withdrawal/graduation.
